Questions

What will I actually spend?

The project price, once, in two payments: half when you sign and the balance on delivery. Then maintenance: €79 a month for the website, €129 a month for the app, €149 a month for both, for the first 12 months. You pay for the domain, the app store accounts and WhatsApp messages directly, and we tell you what they cost before we switch them on.

What if the first version doesn't convince me?

We refund the deposit. You ask from your private area or by email within 7 days of receiving the first test version, before you approve it. We refund the deposit within 14 days, by the same payment method. The work done up to then stays with us, with no code or files handed over, and the contract ends with nothing more to pay. It applies once per project.

Do I pay Italian VAT?

Not if your business is outside Italy. EU companies with a VAT number use the reverse charge, and outside the EU Italian VAT does not apply. Italian businesses pay VAT on top of the price.

What is the system behind it?

Everything that works behind the website and the app: bookings or requests with your calendar, automatic reminders and messages on WhatsApp and by email, and the dashboard where you see clients and appointments. It is the same for both services, which is why they cost less together.

Is the app in my name?

Yes. We publish it on the App Store and Google Play with your own accounts, in your name. Your clients download an app with your name on it and they stay your clients, with no commission to anyone.

Who owns the website, the app, the domain and the logins?

You do. Paid services are in your name, and the code, copy and images become yours with the final payment. The software runs on your hosting or wherever you choose. If you ever stop working with us, we hand everything over within 15 days.

Can I cancel maintenance?

After the first 12 months it renews from year to year. You can cancel with 60 days' notice from your private area or by certified email. The website and the app keep working.

Can we work in English?

Yes. The video call can be in English or Italian, and this website, the request form and the first assessment are in English too.

Do you promise me more clients?

No. Nobody can honestly promise that. The contract sets out what we build, the price and the support response times.

Why do you cost less than an agency?

Our team works with AI agents and builds in a few weeks. A person checks and signs off every delivery.
