After breakfast
Requests that came in overnight are already in the room calendar, with the dates and the guests' questions. I reply at my own pace, from my phone.
Before a guest arrives
The message with directions and the check-in time goes out on WhatsApp by itself. I don't have to remember to send it to every guest.
When a guest comes back
Their record shows the room they had last time and the note about breakfast. I welcome them like someone I already know.
