- Reports and invoices arrive in the app, with no trip to reception.

With patients in the room
I don't have to break off a session to answer the phone. Appointments booked on the website land in the diary with the reason already written.
The evening before a session
The reminder goes out by itself, by email and on WhatsApp. Anyone who can't come says so in time, and I give the slot to someone who was waiting.
When a patient returns after a while
I open their record and find the sessions so far and my notes from last time. We pick up from there without digging through paperwork.
